My mother was known to be an excellent cook and hostess. She once told me that she wished she could have had her own family catering business with her sister, brother, and my brother and I. So, when she passed away, I inherited her recipes. Some were newspaper and magazine clippings. Other were shared by family and friends. Some were in Spanish, most were in English. Many of the recipes only had ingredients, others only had the process. Here are her recipes. Some are simple, some are complicated, but all are delicious.
